Champion Legislative Agendas for the People, Not The Parties Interests

As Governor of Minnesota, I will ensure that the state's boards, councils, commissions, committees, ombudsman offices, and task forces work in unison to pass legislative agendas that serve the people of Minnesota. My administration will collaborate with the following entities and many more to drive meaningful change:

  • Indian Affairs Council, Minnesota

  • Council on Black Minnesotans

  • Council on Asian-Pacific Minnesotans

  • Minnesota Council on Latino Affairs

  • Legislative Commission on the Economic Status of Women

  • League of Minnesota Cities

  • Minnesota Department of Education

  • Department of Employment and Economic Development

  • Minnesota Department of Agriculture

  • Minnesota State Investment Board

  • Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board

  • Minnesota Board on Aging

  • NAACP - The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People

Through these partnerships, my administration will align policy initiatives with the needs of communities, ensuring that state funding, legislative actions, and economic opportunities reflect the interests of the people rather than party politics.

Fixing Our City & State-Wide Problems

1. Safety & Security

  • Building Trust Between Police and Communities: My administration will create Community Policing Agreements that strengthen ties between law enforcement and neighborhoods, emphasizing de-escalation and accountability.

  • Reducing Violent Crime: We will fund mental health and substance abuse treatment programs through revenue generated from The People’s State-Owned Enterprises (e.g., state-run healthcare and rehabilitation centers).

2. Infrastructure

  • Investing in an Infrastructure Plan: Through Minnesota’s State-Owned Enterprises, we will fund projects that modernize roads, bridges, and broadband infrastructure without relying solely on federal allocations.

  • Community Workforce Agreements: These agreements will ensure that state-funded infrastructure projects hire locally, creating direct employment pipelines for low-income and disadvantaged residents.

  • Sustainable Land Use Planning: My administration will promote tree-growing operations, soil production, and urban agriculture initiatives to bolster climate resilience.

3. Economic Development & Job Growth

  • The People’s State-Owned Enterprises: My administration will establish state-run businesses, including medical corporations, bottled water companies, and sustainable housing developments, to generate revenue while reinvesting profits into public services.

  • Opportunity Investment Zones: We will direct funds into underserved communities to train workers in high-tech, manufacturing, and environmental sectors.

  • Small Business Growth & Minority-Owned Enterprises: By leveraging the power of BinSoc’s telecommunications and AI-driven economic planning, we will empower entrepreneurs with affordable commercial spaces, financing, and digital tools.

4. Civil & Human Rights

  • Equitable Policy Implementation: We will enforce civil rights protections across state contracts, hiring practices, and housing policies.

  • Sentencing & Prison Reform: Implementing the MPPV (Multiplying Positive Place Value) initiative, we will create rehabilitation-focused incarceration alternatives that emphasize education, job training, and community reintegration.

5. Education Reform

  • Free Community College Initiative: Funded by state revenue from The People’s Enterprises, we will ensure tuition-free education at all community colleges for residents.

  • Statewide Computer Science & AI Training: Through partnerships with IBM Watson AI and technology firms, we will integrate advanced STEM education into K-12 curriculums.

  • Modernized School Infrastructure: We will prioritize renovation and construction of schools, ensuring smart technology, broadband access, and sustainable energy sources are incorporated.

6. Healthcare & Well-Being

  • Universal Access to Affordable Healthcare: By establishing The People’s Medical Corporation, we will provide state-subsidized healthcare options that lower costs for working families.

  • Expanding Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services: New state-owned treatment centers will be created to provide holistic, community-based recovery programs.

  • Sustainable Agriculture & Food Access: My administration will partner with local farmers and urban agriculture projects to increase access to fresh, affordable food while promoting sustainable farming practices.

A Future Built on Economic, Social, and Technological Equity

My administration will create a self-sustaining economic model that generates revenue without raising taxes on working-class Minnesotans. Through public-private partnerships, AI-driven analytics, and strategic state-owned enterprises, we will fund vital public services, create generational wealth for underserved communities, and transform Minnesota into a national leader in equitable economic development.

The Farmer’s Chaplain Candidate for Governor A Vision for Minnesota State Farms and Generational Stewardship

Bearing Witness — A Chaplain’s View from the Fields For more than twenty-five years, I have served as a chaplain in the state of Minnesota. My ministry began at Presbyterian Homes in Eden Prairie—at a time when Eden Prairie itself was still surrounded by working farmland. I remember moving into a brand-new townhouse as fields stretched across the horizon. Within a few short years, that land disappeared, replaced by rapid development, commercial corridors, and corporate investment. What was once agricultural community became what many would call a boom town. Fast forward twenty-five years. During 2024 and 2025, I served as a chaplain across southern Minnesota in assisted living facilities, independent senior housing, and nursing homes. What struck me deeply—and repeatedly—was how many of the elders I served were former farmers. Men and women who had worked the land for decades. Families whose farms had been passed down for generations—some for more than a century, and some approachin...

A Drug-Free Minnesota – A Vision of Renewal, Reform, and Responsibility: From "Drug-Free Zones" to a "Drug-Free State"

M innesota, once hailed as a beacon of hope, family values, and public health, now faces an unprecedented crisis, a crisis not rooted in economic hardship or natural disaster, but in the slow and devastating erosion of public safety, human dignity, and societal order due to rampant drug use and trafficking. From the metropolitan centers of Minneapolis and St. Paul to small towns and rural communities, fentanyl, methamphetamines, opiates, barbiturates, cocaine, heroin, and their pharmaceutical street counterparts have turned our streets into warzones and our people into zombies. The time has come to implement a bold, comprehensive initiative: making the State of Minnesota a Drug-Free State. From "Drug-Free Zones" to a "Drug-Free State" We already designate schools as drug-free zones to protect our children from exposure to illicit substances and criminal behavior. But our children do not live only within the four walls of a school, they live in communities, cities, a...
